Description:
Colorless and transparent oily liquid with a smell similar to acetone, boiling point: 204oC. It is soluble in water, acetone, benzene, carbon tetrachloride and alcohol at any proportion. It has a strong solubility, and is a good solvent for polyacrylonitrile, epoxy resin, polyvinyl butyral, polyvinyl chloride and its copolymers, and cellulose polymers.
